כִּי־תָבוֹא
Moses commands the first-fruits offering with its declaration and the tithe declaration, followed by a ceremony of blessings and curses on Mount Gerizim and Mount Eival. The lengthy tochacha (rebuke) closes the parsha with warnings about exile.
