Open baba on your phone, go to Settings → Subscription & Backup → Sign in, then sign in on the web with that same email. Your subscription stays where you bought it.
How the trial works: 7 days of full Pro, then your plan starts. A card is required at checkout; cancel any time during the trial from Settings, in two clicks, and pay nothing. One subscription covers the web app, the Chrome extension and the mobile app — it works in both directions, so a subscription bought in the app unlocks the web once you link your account from the phone.

The Free plan gives you 2,500 characters a month (about 20 short translations) with no credit card. baba Pro costs $5/month billed yearly($59.99/year, 7 months free vs monthly) or $12.99/month month-to-month, starts with a 7-day free trial, and unlocks 250,000 characters a month of gender-aware translation across the web app and Chrome extension. The mobile apps (iOS and Android) are free to download, and one baba Pro subscription works everywhere, in both directions: link your account once from the phone (Settings → Subscription & Backup → Sign in) and an App Store or Google Play subscription unlocks Pro on the web app and Chrome extension, exactly as a web subscription unlocks Pro in the app.

Will I be charged today?+
No. Pro starts with a 7-day free trial. A card is required at checkout, but nothing is charged until the trial ends. Cancel any time during the trial and you pay nothing. After 7 days your plan starts automatically.
Does one subscription cover the web app and Chrome extension?+
Yes. One baba Pro subscription unlocks Pro on the web app (app.itsbaba.com) and the Chrome extension. Sign in with the same email on both.
What does the free plan include?+
Gender-aware text translation: up to 500 characters per translation and 2,500 characters per month with a free account (1,000 as a guest). Slang mode, voice playback, image translation, and PDF translation are Pro features. No credit card required.
What happens when I hit the free limit?+
Translation pauses until your monthly allowance resets. Upgrade to Pro any time to continue right where you left off with 100 times the characters.
Can I cancel anytime?+
Yes. Cancel from Settings in the web app in two clicks. You keep Pro access until the end of your billing period, no questions asked.
Do you offer refunds?+
Yes. If you are not happy within 7 days of your first payment, email shalom@itsbaba.com and we will refund you in full.
What about the mobile app?+
One baba Pro works everywhere. Subscribe on the web or in the app — sign in with the same email on your phone (Settings → Subscription & Backup → Sign in) and your Pro comes with you. Mobile purchases are billed by the App Store or Google Play; web purchases by card.
I already subscribe in the baba app. Can I use the web app too?+
Yes, and you should not buy again. Link your account from your phone: open baba, go to Settings → Subscription & Backup → Sign in, and sign in with your email (we send a 6-digit code), or with Google on Android or Apple on iPhone. Once linked, your App Store or Google Play subscription unlocks Pro on the web app (app.itsbaba.com) and the Chrome extension — sign in there with the same email. Your subscription stays where you bought it: it is still billed, changed and cancelled in the App Store or Google Play.
