Does one subscription cover the web app and Chrome extension?+
Yes. One baba Pro subscription unlocks unlimited translations on the web app (app.itsbaba.com) and the Chrome extension. Sign in with the same email on both.
Where do I actually subscribe?+
All subscriptions are managed through the web app. Click "Subscribe on web app" and you'll be taken to app.itsbaba.com to complete checkout securely through Stripe.
What does the free plan include?+
Fifteen translations per day, up to 500 characters each, three slang translations per month, standard AI model, and basic history. No credit card required.
Can I cancel anytime?+
Yes. Cancel from the Account page in the web app at any time. You keep Pro access until the end of your billing period.
Do you offer refunds?+
If you're not happy within 7 days of your first purchase, email shalom@itsbaba.com and we'll refund you.
What about the mobile app?+
The baba mobile app (iOS and Android) has its own pricing through the App Store and Play Store. Web and extension subscriptions are separate from mobile.
