The festival candle blessing names Yom Tov rather than Shabbat. On the first night, Shehecheyanu is usually added, except at the close of Pesach. Said when lighting candles at the start of a festival.
barukh atah adonai eloheinu melekh ha'olam asher kideshanu bemitzvotav vetzivanu lehadlik ner shel yom tov
Blessed are You, Lord our God, King of the universe, who has made us holy with His commandments and commanded us to light the festival lamp.
