Does Loora Teach Hebrew?
No. Loora teaches one language. Its website calls it "your personal AI English tutor", its app store listing is titled "Speak English with Loora AI", and everything it offers, from pronunciation coaching to business English and exam practice, is about English.
That makes Loora a good choice for an Israeli who wants better English. It does nothing for someone who wants to speak Hebrew, which is the gap baba Learn fills.
What baba Learn Is
A Hebrew speaking coach in an app of its own. You talk to it out loud in Hebrew. It picks a topic from your interests, works a Hebrew word of the day into the conversation, and keeps you talking for about twelve turns.
Every line it says appears as Hebrew with vowel marks, a transliteration you can sound out, and an English meaning. When you make a mistake you get the correction you asked for: right away, a few times a lesson, or only at the end. At the end you get a recap, a short takeaway deck, and points.

Why a Hebrew Coach Cannot Be an English Coach with a New Voice
Hebrew is written without vowels, so somewhere between a quarter and a third of ordinary words have more than one possible pronunciation. Many of those differences are exactly the difference between speaking to a man and speaking to a woman. The spelling does not move. Only the sound does.
That means a coach has to know who you are and who you are talking to before it can say a single sentence correctly, and a written transcript can never show you the mistake. baba Learn asks once, speaks to you accordingly, and marks the forms you use.

Pronunciation Scoring Nobody Sells
Microsoft's pronunciation assessment covers 33 languages and Hebrew is not one of them. Speechace and ELSA are built for English.
