Telling Time השעה

Ask מָה הַשָּׁעָה? Answer with הַשָּׁעָה plus the hour, then וְ for minutes past (שָׁלוֹשׁ וָחֵצִי). Minutes to the hour use פָּחוֹת or לְ.
