The steps depend on which baba product you use:
The baba App (iOS & Android)
- Open the baba app
- Go to Settings
- Tap Deactivate Account
- Confirm your choice
Deletes your account, translation history, and uploaded images within 30 days. Cancel any Pro subscription separately through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
The baba Web App
- Sign in at app.itsbaba.com
- Open Settings → Account
- Choose Delete Account
- Confirm your choice
Cancel a Stripe subscription from the billing portal linked in Settings before or after deleting your account.
The baba Chrome Extension
- Click the baba icon → Settings
- Choose Sign Out to clear local session data
- Or delete your account from the App or Web App — it applies everywhere you're signed in
Uninstalling the extension from chrome://extensions removes all locally stored data immediately.
baba: learn hebrew
- Deleting the app removes all on-device progress immediately
- If signed in, open Settings → Delete Account to also remove synced progress from our servers
baba Learn works fully offline — if you never signed in, there is no server-side account to delete.

Meridian CMS, Meridian Static, and HebrewCore API data is governed by your organization's agreement with us.

Good to Know
- Deletion is permanent within 30 days — your account, translation history, uploaded images, and (for baba Learn) synced progress are all removed from our servers.
- We never sell your personal information, and we never use it to train AI models — deleting your account doesn't change that; it was never true in the first place.
- Deleting your account cancels sync, not billing — cancel a Pro subscription separately through the Apple App Store, Google Play Store, or your Stripe billing portal.
