Hebrew voice translator

This is meant for the moment two people don't share a language and need to get through a short exchange: hold the button, speak, release, and the translation is read aloud in the other language. The “hand over the phone” button swaps which language the microphone is listening for, so the other person can reply directly instead of restarting the setup.

Nothing said here is uploaded as audio. The browser's own speech engine turns speech into text locally, and only that text goes to the translator.
