Cards worth knowing

Why 15 is טו

יה would spell a short form of God's name, so Hebrew counts 15 as טו (9+6) and 16 as טז (9+7) instead.

Telling time is feminine

שעה (hour) is feminine, so "the time is two" uses שתיים, the feminine form of two.

Shekels are masculine

שקל is a masculine noun, so an amount of money uses the masculine number: עשרה שקלים, ten shekels.

Every letter also has a numeric value on its own; see the gematria calculator.
