The Jerusalem Talmud is the rabbinic commentary on the Mishnah produced in the academies of the Land of Israel, completed in Tiberias around 400 CE in Jewish Palestinian Aramaic and Hebrew. Shorter and more compressed than its Babylonian sibling, it preserves the voices of the Land’s own rabbis.

Its first full printed edition was Daniel Bomberg’s Venice edition of 1522–23.
